31 Days of Yoga Challenge (Day 13)

Day 13! Today as I contemplate on what to be thankful for I take in a deep breath of air and realize, of course, this wonderful and surprisingly cool August weather we have ben given. As I've gotten older I've realized that my body really doesn't care for the heat anymore. I much prefer cool or cold weather. Wow, never thought I'd hear myself say that in a million years. August is usually a month of miserable heat, but lately it's been very peasant. Perfect weather to do some yoga asanas outside if you ask me.
